If the hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following please contact Inflatafun.

The hirer will, during the period of hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from any damage or theft.

The hirer is responsible for the safety of all persons using the equipment including proper supervision of the children to ensure younger children use the equipment separately to older children or adults.

The hirer shall not use the equipment for any other purpose than that described in the hiring agreement and shall not sub-hire the equipment.

All shoes and spectacles must not be allowed not the equipment, or any sharp objects that could cause damage. No party poppers, silly string or coloured streamers should be sprayed or taken onto the equipment as these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Inflatafun in the event of any damage.

The hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition, unless the hirer brings any faults to the attention of Inflatafun when the equipment is set up and checked so this can be noted.

Please ensure all access routes are cleared of any obstructions and the garden is cleared of any animal faeces and any sharp objects that could damage the equipment such as glass or nails on the area where the equipment is to be placed.

Inflatafun have the right to refuse any hire on the day if these rules are not applied or if we feel that the equipment will not be used safely.

Public liability insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any persons whether directly or indirectly related to use of alcohol or drugs.

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the guidelines set above, anyone using the equipment should do so safely. However, accidents can happen, Inflatafun accepts no liability for injuries caused whilst using the inflatable. Any liability for injuries or any other losses caused rests with the hirer.

The hirer must ensure that the age restrictions is adhered to, failure to do this will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs.
