FAQsHow do I book? You can book by calling 01304 365518. What notice do I need to give? We prefer bookings to be made at least 1 day in advance, but to ensure you receive the castle of your choice please book as early as possible. How long do I get the castle for? You can order the castle for a few hours or you can keep it all day, the price remains the same at a daily rate. Do you hire all year round? Yes, we are open every day including bank holidays except Christmas day and boxing day. Do you have special offers? Yes, please refer to our special offers page. Can I have my party indoors? Yes, all of our inflatables are suitable for indoor hall hires ( height restrictions may apply). What if it rains? All of our units are designed to be safe in the rain although inflatables can be slippery when wet. A rain cover is provided with all units. You can cancel your booking on the day due to bad weather conditions at no charge. Do I pay a deposit? No, you can pay cash on the day or a cheque in advance if the booking is for a wedding for example. What does the price include? The price includes delivery ( please see map to check if you are in the free delivery area ) inflation and collection. How much space do I need? A 12' x 12' castle requires approximately 14' x 14'. A 15' x 15' family size castle requires approximately 17' x 17'. ( We can come and check local areas if you are unsure.) How does the castle operate? All units run on an electric blower – extension leads are supplied at no extra cost. Do I need to keep the castle plugged in? Yes, while the castle is in use it needs to be switched on. How much does the castle cost for me to run? An average unit cost approximately between 50p and £1 for a days use. What safety measures have your castles got? All units conform to British safety standards. All units are supplied with RCD breakers. All units have a safety step fitted. Can I hire the castle for more than 1 day?
